Always fresh, never frozen. Cooked on day of delivery.
Orders placed before Wednesday 11:59pm will be delivered the following Thursday. Orders placed before Saturday 11:59pm will be delivered that Sunday.
Yes! We can adjust sodium levels on any meal. Just leave a note with your order or contact us directly.
Full nutrition labels and ingredient lists are provided on every meal container and are available on our order page before you purchase.
Please inform us of all allergies when ordering. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and seafood.
Our menu is a fusion of Nigerian, Caribbean, Asian, Mediterranean, and North American cuisines — all made with clean, whole ingredients.
👨‍🍳 PREPARATION & CUSTOMIZATION
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for 4–5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Our containers are microwave-safe.
Absolutely! You can swap proteins, change carbs, adjust spice levels, and request ingredient substitutions at checkout.
Yes! We can adjust portions and macros to meet your fitness goals. Contact us for custom macro plans.
🚚 DELIVERY & ORDERS
We deliver across the GTA twice weekly on Thursday & Sunday, between 12–9pm EST.
Yes, all of our chicken and beef are halal-certified.
Yes! You'll receive a tracking link via text/email on delivery day with a live ETA.
No problem! Just provide your buzzer code and unit number at checkout. We'll deliver right to your door.

Storage & Liability

Once delivered, proper storage is the customer's responsibility. Consume within 6 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Store at or below 40°F immediately upon receipt.
